Roze Wood Creative operates after the 9-5 hours of my full-time job and on weekends. As a one-woman shop, I do my best to complete orders within 4 weeks of purchase date. If you need your items by a certain time please email maria@rozewoodcreative.com to inquire about purchasing a rush order.

Shipping - All items are shipped via USPS or UPS, in a cost-efficient manner. Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout, so double check your information is correct before submitted payment. Please anticipate longer shipping times due to COVID-19 delays.
Pickup/Delivery - If you’re local to Philadelphia or Montgomery County, you will see an option for pick-up or local delivery upon checkout. I’m happy to provide this service to ensure a cost-effective solution for receiving your products.

I take great pride in my work and all products are handmade by me. Due to this handmade and typically custom nature of my products they cannot be returned. As a small business, customer service along with delivering a quality product is my top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to maria@rozewoodcreative.com within 3 days of delivery.

Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of placing an order (via the website, email, text, or social media message). After the 72 hours, all sales are considered final and there will be no refunds. Please be sure to double check your order and creation times before placing the order.
